1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EV Dealership platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

EV Dealership is an online platform for the purchase and sale of electric vehicles and EV charging equipment. Transactions may be completed using supported cryptocurrencies.

We act as a facilitator connecting buyers with official vehicle distributors. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

All prices are quoted in USD and converted to cryptocurrency at the prevailing market rate at time of payment initiation. Exchange rates are locked for 15 minutes.

Once a cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is irreversible. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued at the cryptocurrency value at the time of the refund request.

We are not responsible for losses arising from cryptocurrency price fluctuations after payment confirmation.

4. Returns & Refunds

Vehicles may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the vehicle is in its original condition with all documentation. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.

Charging equipment may be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary delivery (USD $0 shipping) to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany. Delivery to all other countries is subject to a shipping and logistics fee quoted at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by region. Within the continental United States and the United Kingdom, vehicles are typically delivered within 4–8 weeks of payment confirmation. International deliveries outside our free-shipping zone may take 8–14 weeks, depending on customs clearance and local logistics.

All deliveries include full customs documentation, manufacturer warranty registration, and a signed bill of lading. Import duties and local registration fees, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Charging equipment ships within 3–5 business days to all supported countries. Tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EV Dealership shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
